APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX Code: SBR) wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Basil Conti as a Non-Executive Director and the resignation of Mr David Chapman as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Conti is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ and was a partner/director of a Chartered Accounting firm in West Perth until 2015.

Mr Conti is experienced in management accounting, taxation, secretarial practice, corporate and financial planning, consulting to small and large businesses and has been associated with the mining industry in a professional capacity for some 25 years. He is a director of Sheila Foundation Limited, a Canadian charitable organisation benefiting youth and those in need.

Mr Chapman advised that due to his increased external work commitments as Managing Director of Southern Geoscience Consultants Pty Ltd, he felt he should resign. The board of Sabre thank Mr Chapman for his contribution in his various roles with the company over the years and wish him every success.
