APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sabre is pleased to a nnounce th e appointm e nt of David C hapman as its Managi n g Director.

David is a graduate in geology ( H ons) from t he Universit y of Wester n Australia a n d has spe n t over 32 years in the resour c es industry in senior a n d executive management roles, of w hich 16 y e ars were spent with WMC Re s ources Limited.

He has had divers e international resource industry experience covering all a s pects of the mining industry from explor a tion and o p erations thr o ugh compl e tion of feasibility studie s , funding a n d project constru c tion to busi n ess develo p ment roles.

He was a founding director an d shareholder of ASX listed Parin g a Resourc e s Limited, w here he remains on the Board as a non- e xecutive dir e ctor.

David b r ings a weal t h of experience and ent h usiasm to the Board and to the ma n agement of Sabre in its ques t to develop i ts Namibian projects.

David C h apman sai d : “I am particularly excit e d to be wo r king with su c h prospecti v e tenemen t s in such well-en d owed terra i n in the O tavi region of Namibia. I am most impres s ed by the region’s infrastru c ture, inclu d ing sealed roads, rail, power and w ater and t h e establis h ed mining c ulture of Namibia”.

In view o f the appoi n tment of Da v id as Mana g ing Director, the mana g ement agre e ment with K algoorlie Mine M a nagement P ty Ltd (KM M ) has been terminated. Sabre has e ntered into a service a g reement with KM M to supply o ffice faciliti e s and admi n istrative se r vices to the company.

As Man a ging Direct o r David will receive a s a lary of $150,000 per an n um for his s e rvices, tog e ther with an ince n tive packa g e of shares and/or opti o ns, the de t ails of whic h are yet to be finalise d . Initially David will work on a part time basis of 3 days per wee k . David has today com m enced in h i s role as Managi n g Director.
