Mr M azzoni is a geologis t with over 40 years o f wide ran g ing geolo g ical experi e nce in t h e mining a nd mineral s industry. He holds a Bachelor o f Science f rom Melbourne Uni v ersity, an d a Master of Scienc e (Mineral E xploration ) from Qu e ens Unive r sity, Ontario. He i s a qualifie d mineral p r operty val u ator as de f ined in the VALMIN code, as w ell as b e ing a for m er member of the W estern Au s tralia Chamber of M ines Ex p loration C o uncil.

Mr M azzoni joined Western Mining C orporation as a geol o gist in 197 3 . He remained wit h Western M ining Cor p oration thr o ughout th e majority of his worki n g career, r i sing to the position of Geoscience Man a ger Group Projects. From 200 7 until 201 3 Mr Ma z zoni was C hief Geol o gist at Co f fey Mining, an intern a tional mining consult a ncy gro u p.

Mr Mazzoni b r ings a we a lth of experience and expertise t o the Boar d . Mr Ma z zoni will take the pl a ce of Davi d Zukerma n who has d ecided to r etire.
