APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Jonathan Charles Downes, B.Sc Geol, MAIG, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Sabre Resources Ltd.

Mr Downes has in excess of twelve years experience in the minerals industry and has been employed at senior levels in various corporate and geological capacities, with experience in base metals, nickel and gold projects. He has been directly involved in several private and public capital raisings.

Mr Downes is currently Executive Managing Director of Ironbark Gold Ltd, which has a major base metal project in Greenland. He was a founding director of Hibernia Gold (now Moly Mines Ltd) and Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd, and is currently a non-executive director of Graynic Metals Ltd and Wolf Minerals Ltd.

The Board looks forward to Mr Downes being able to contribute extensively to its current and future projects.
