We wish to advise that Bruce McCullagh has resigned as Company Secretary/Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Michael Scivolo has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Norman Grafton has been appointed Company Secretary,
Michael Scivolo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, and has extensive experience in accounting and taxation work in corporate and non-corporate entities. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Tiger Resources Ltd.
Norman Grafton is a Fellow of both the Australian Society of Practising Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and has extensive experience in secretarial and accounting duties in other corporate entities in Australia and overseas.
