Hinsichtlich der in Punkt 6. abgefragten Situation in der vorherigen Meldung wird bekanntgegeben, dass der Stimmrechtsanteil der von der Erste Asset Management Group verwalteten Fonds am 29.11.2011 die Schwelle von 10% (8.130.557,00 Stück) überschritten hat.
