(Ultimate beneficiary: Roman Abramowitsch, born on 24 October 1966) notified the right to acquire 7,592,889 shares of the issuer S IMMO AG (FN 58358x) ISIN: AT0000652250 from Anadoria Investments Ltd., 3 Chrysanthou Mylona, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus, Cyprus Registrar of Companies, Registrar number HE 316079 (100% shareholder: Tri-Star Capital Ventures Ltd; Ultimate Beneficiary: Roman Abramowitsch, born on 24 October 1966) as seller by RPR Management GmbH (FN 292808a) or buyers to be designated by it.

The closing of the transaction took place on 04 May 2017 (settlement date), whereby RPR Management GmbH named two affiliated companies as buyers of the shares: Everest Investment GmbH & Co KG (FN 469572y) and Pavus Immobilien GmbH & Co KG (FN 466427y), which have acquired the shares.
