S IMMO AG: Erste Group increases shareholding to more than 10%

Today, stock exchange listed S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; S IMMO Share ISIN: AT0000652250, S IMMO INVEST participating certificate ISIN: AT0000795737 und AT0000630694) has received notification under section 91 para 1 Stock Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) by a member of Erste Group Bank AG that its shareholding in S IMMO AG has increased to a level of more than 10%.

Now both of S IMMO AG´s strategic core shareholders, Erste Group and Vienna Insurance Group, are each holding more than 10% of the company´s shares.
