Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, considered and approved the increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Only) divided into 3,00,00,000 (Three Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs. 40,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crores Only) divided into 4,00,00,000 (Four Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each and consequent amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 28[th ] Annual General meeting of the Company.
