Notes:
1. The aforesaid results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors for release, at their meetings held on 27th May, 2026 & 29th May, 2026 respectively.
2. The above results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Yes-IdC) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rates thereunder and in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular dated 09th July, 2016.
3. The following for the last quarter(s) of the current year and of the previous year are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year(s) ended 31st March and the unaudited published year to date figures up to the third quarter ended 31st December for the respective years which were subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
4. The Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 to conserve the resources of the future.
5. The aforesaid consolidated financial results consist of results of the Company and its Subsidiary Company-Kothari Products Singapore Pte. Ltd. and its Associate Companies-Harapanudi Realtors Pvt. Ltd., Shubhadra Realtors Pvt. Ltd., SPPL Hotels Pvt. Ltd. & Viren Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
6. The above is an extract of the detailed format of Audited Financial Results filed with the Stock Exchanges under Regulations 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
