The Company, vide its letter dated 6[th ] August, 2022, had intimated that the Board proposed to Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 30,00,00,000/­ (Rupees Thirty Crores Only) divided into 3,00,00,000 (Three Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs. 40,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crores Only) divided into 4,00,00,000 (Four Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each and consequent amendment to the Memorandum of Association subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 28[th ] Annual General meeting of the Company.
