Sub: Outcome of the Fund Raising Committee Meeting of Rushil Decor Limited (the " " - Company ) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Allotment of Equity Shares on Rights basis
This is in furtherance to the previous intimation letters submitted by the Company, in respect of its proposed issue of Equity Shares on a rights basis ("Rights Issue").
We hereby inform you that, in accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated April 8, 2023, and (ii) the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the Lead Manager, Registrar to the Rights Issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. May 20, 2023, inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 66,35,421 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of� 10/- each, at an issue price of� 162/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of� 152/- per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible applicants ("Allotment").
Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from t 19,90,62,610/- (comprising 1,99,06,261 fully paid up equity shares of� 10 each) to t 26,54, 16,820/- ( comprising 2,65,41,682 fully paid up equity shares of� 10 each).
The meeting of the Fund Raising Committee commenced at 11:15 AM and concluded at 12:05 PM.
