Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Sub.: Cancellation of Forfeiture of 8847 Partly Paid up Shares having face value of Rs. 10 each ("Rights Equity shares")
We have earlier intimated to Stock exchanges wide Letter no. RDU078/2021-22 that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12.02.2022 took the decision to forfeit the 8847 partly paid up Rights Equity Shares on which Call Money has not been received by the Company, along with the amount already paid up on such partly paid up Rights Equity Shares.
However, the board of directors of the Company, in the best interest of the shareholders has decided to cancel the said forfeiture of 8847 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Seven) Equity Shares having Face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for non-payment of Call Money of Rs. 37.50 per share (including Rs. 30 per share as premium) on 5466 partly paid up shares and Rs. 25 per share (including Rs. 20 per share as premium) on 3381 partly paid up shares.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the same for your information and record.
