Sub: Intimation about the Change in schedule in relation to payment of call money towards Second and Final call on the partly paid up rights equity shares of Rushil Decor Limited (the "Company")

This is in continuation of our earlier office letter dated 12.01.2021 bearing number RDL/076/2020-21, holding reference to the Second and Final Call proposed to be made by our Company. As per the said disclosure the last date for making payment of Second and Final Call by the eligible Rights Equity Shareholders was fixed as Wednesday, 17th February, 2021.

Due to some unavoidable reasons, the Company has decided to change the schedule for demanding payment of the Second and Final Call Money and has now fixed the payment period as follows:

Payment Period Opening Date (Date from which the payment period will start for Second and Final Call): Friday, 12[th ] February, 2021

Payment Period Closing Date (Last date for making payment for Second and Final Call) : Friday, 26[th ] February, 2021.

Further, in accordance with the disclosures included in the Letter of Offer read with our Articles of Association and the Companies Act, 2013, the Rights Equity Shares towards which the Second and Final Call remains unpaid after the last date fixed for receiving payment of Second and Final call, may be forfeited at any time by our Company.
