We refer to our intimation dated September 01, 2020 whereby we have intimated about the convening of meeting of Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited ("Company") to be held on September 04, 2020.
In furtherance of the same, this is to inform you that Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited ("Company") held today on September 04, 2020 which considered and approved, inter alia, following terms of Right Issue:
1. Right lssue Size: 49,77, 111 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 2,489 Lacs (Rupees Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Lacs Only);
2. Right Issue Price: Rs. 50 Per Equity Share (Including premium of Rs. 40 Per Equity Share over face Value of Rs. 10 per Equity Share);
3. Right Entitlement Ratio: One equity share for every three existing shares held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date;
