Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on Rights basis.

This is in furtherance to the previous intimations given by the Company with respect to its Rights Issue of Equity Shares. We hereby inform you that, in accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated September 7, 2020, and (ii) the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the Lead Manager, the Registrar to the Rights issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at in its meeting held today, i.e., October 15, 2020, approved the allotment of 49,77, 111 Partly Paid-up Rights Equity Shares of face value of z 10/- each at price of z 50 per Rights Equity Share (including premium of � 40 per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

Out of the Issue Price of� 50 per Rights Equity Share, an amount of� 12.5 per Rights Equity Share was received on application (of which � 2.5 towards face value of Rights Equity Share and � 1 O towards premium amount of Rights Equity Share). The Rights Equity Shares shall be made fully paid up with subsequent calls.

The meeting commenced at 11.00 AM and concluded at 11.45 AM.
