Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited ("the Company") in their meeting held on today i.e 14.05.2025, has considered and approved the Appointment of M/s. SPANJ & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm Registration No. P2014GJ034800) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for 1[st ] term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting.
