The Company, vide its letter dated 1[st ] August, 2024, had intimated that Mr. Hiren S. Mahadevia (DIN: 00156429) has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a term of One year with effect from 09[th ] August, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
