Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') we hereby inform that Miss .Anjali Kaneriya, Internal Auditor (employee) of the Company has resigned from the post of Internal Auditor with effect from 26[th ] September, 2024. The last working day in the Company will be closing hour of 25[th ] September, 2024. A copy of her resignation letter is attached herewith.
We hereby also confirm that as per resignation letter provided by the Internal Auditor, there is no any other material reason other than that mentioned in her resignation letter.
Details with respect to resignation of Internal Auditor in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1 /P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is given in Annexure -A to this letter.
