Thakkar (DIN: 01059666) for another term of five consecutive years as a Managing Director not liable to retire by rotation w.e.f. September 01, 2022 to August 31, 2027 based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuring 28[th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company.

He is in association with the Company since incorporation and has played a key role in the growth of the company. Company has got too much in it's life span by the experience and knowledge of Mr. Krupesh G. Thakkar. His continuance would be vast beneficial to the Company. Mr. Krupesh G. Thakkar, Managing Director of the Company was earlier re-appointed for a term of 5 years w.e.f.September 01, 2017 with the approval of shareholders in the 23rdAnnual General Meeting held on September 23, 2017.
