Sub: Appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar as Additional Director as Well as Whole Time Director of the Company
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 13th day of August 2021, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar as an Additional Director with effect from August 13, 2021 to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and as a Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from August 13, 2021 for a period of five (5) years along with terms and conditions and remuneration payable, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The details of appointment of Rushil K. Thakkar as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September is given in Annexure A to this letter.
