Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 13th day of August 2021, considered and approved the appointment of Shri Kantilal Ambalal Puj as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 1 years with effect from 13th August, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
Shri Kantilal Ambalal Puj will hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting wherein his appointment as an Independent Director will be placed before the shareholders for their approval.
The details of appointment of Shri Kantilal Ambalal Puj as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September is given in Annexure A to this letter.
