The Company, vide its letter dated 13[th ] day of August, 2021, had intimated that Mr. Rushil K. Thakkar has been appointed as an Additional Director with effect from August 13, 2021 to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and as a Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from August 13, 2021 for a period of five (5) years along with terms and conditions and remuneration payable, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
