Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 12th day of December, 2020 to Friday, 18th day of December, 2020 (both days inclusive) for payment of final dividend and Annual General Meeting. Shareholders of the Company holding shares ether in physical form or in Demat form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, 11th day of December, 2020 shall only be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting during the AGM (e-voting). Shareholders who have casted their vote by remote e-voting may attend the AGM but shall not be entitled to cast their yoke at AGM
