5.2 2014 Q1 Outlook

The company continues to gain market share on pillar products, e.g. Wifi, NIC,

audio IC and TV IC, therefore, the shipment is expected to be cautiously

optimistic in the first quarter. The final sales result will be coupled with the actual

market demand and the Chinese New Year pre-build effect.
