瑞昱半導體 2021 年第二季損益表主要資訊如下，詳細資料將以公司正式對外公告財報為準： 營業收入：約新台幣 258.4 億元 , 較上季增長 10.7% 。

營業毛利率： 50.4%

稅後淨利：約新台幣 43.1 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 8.43 元。

(2) 說明 2021 年上半年損益表主要數字 ( 自結數 )

瑞昱半導體 2021 年上半年損益表主要資訊如下，詳細資料將以公司正式對外公告財報為準： 營業收入：約新台幣 491.8 億元 , 較去年同期成長 47.8% 。 營業毛利率： 47.7%

稅後淨利：約新台幣 73.6 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 14.41 元。

Gross Margin: 50.4% Net Income: about NT$4.31 billion EPS: NT$8.43

6.2 2021 1st Half Financial Results (unaudited)

Sales Revenue: about NT$49.18 billion, up 47.8%YoY.

Gross Margin: 47.7% Net Income: about NT$7.36 billion EPS: NT$14.41

6.3 2021 Q3 Company Guidance

The current market for Realtek products still faces supply shortage. We need to pay close attention to changes in upstream supplies as well as end-market demands. We are cautiously optimistic about the operations in the third quarter.
