瑞昱半導體 2020 年第三季損益表主要資訊如下，詳細資料將以公司正式對外公告財報為準： 營業收入：約新台幣 224.1 億元 , 較上季成長 29.2% 。

營業毛利率： 41.4 %

稅後淨利：約新台幣 25.1 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 4.92 元。

(2) 說明 2020 年前三季損益表主要數字 ( 自結數 )

瑞昱半導體 2020 年前三季損益表主要資訊如下，詳細資料將以公司正式對外公告財報為準： 營業收入：約新台幣 556.7 億元 , 較去年同期成長 26.4% 。

營業毛利率： 42.7%

稅後淨利：約新台幣 61.7 億元

以加權平均流通在外股數計算，每股盈餘為新台幣 12.10 元。

預期第四季客戶對各類應用產品需求持續，惟供應鏈產能 、 國際情勢與 2019 新型冠狀病毒病 (COVID-19) 疫情變化，亦可能影響整體經濟和終端市場供需，仍須密切關注。

6.2 2020 First 3 Quarter Financial Results (unaudited)

Sales Revenue: about NT$55.67 billion, up 26.4%YoY. Gross Margin: 42.7% Net Income: about NT$6.17 billion EPS: NT$12.10

6.3 2020 Q4 Company Guidance

The momentum of customer demands for various product applications is expected to continue in Q4. Nonetheless, we have to watch closely as the supply chain capacity constraint, the changes in international affairs as well as COVID-19 pandemics may impact the macro economy and end market supply/demand.
