Electrocomponents plc (the 'Company') announces that conditional awards of ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company ('Shares') were made in Oxford to Lindsley Ruth (Chief Executive Officer) and David Egan (Group Finance Director) under the DSBP on 17 June 2016 as follows:

The Shares are in respect of bonus earned for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.

No consideration is payable for the Shares.

Vesting of the Shares will take place on 17 June 2018, being the second anniversary of the award date.
