Savings Related Share Option Scheme

Grant of Options

On 25 June 2014, options were granted to participating employees to buy ordinary shares of 10 pence (Shares) in Electrocomponents plc (the Company) at an option price of 227p, under the terms of the Company's savings related share option plan. 

Included in this grant were options over 13,215 Shares granted to Ian Mason (Group Chief Executive) and 2,775 Shares granted to Simon Boddie (Group Finance Director) at an option price of 227p. 

Ian Mason's savings contract is due to mature on 1 September 2019, after which the options will normally become exercisable over a period of six months ending on 28 February 2020.  Simon Boddie's savings contract is due to mature on 1 September 2017, after which the options will normally become exercisable over a period of six months ending on 28 February 2018.
