Directors' Dealings in Shares

Deferred Share Bonus Plan Award

Electrocomponents Plc (the 'Company') announces that the following conditional award of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') was made to the Executive Directors of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan on 21 June 2013:

Ian Mason (Group Chief Executive)                        4,325 Shares

Simon Boddie (Group Finance Director)               2,883 Shares

No consideration is payable for the Shares. Vesting of the Shares will normally take place on 21 June 2015, being the second anniversary of the award date, subject normally to the director's continued employment by the Company.
