Change of Auditor

RS Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, following a competitive tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ('PwC'), the Company's current auditor, will step down following completion of the audit of the financial year ending 31 March 2024. A formal handover process will be undertaken to ensure a smooth and effective migration from PwC to Deloitte.
