Rupert Soames to step down as Non-Executive Director after nine years

Electrocomponents announces that Rupert Soames will be retiring as a Non-Executive Director at the next Annual General Meeting after nine years on the Board. Peter Johnson, Chairman, commented "The Board would like to express its gratitude to Rupert for his significant contribution over the years.  I have found his advice invaluable and I wish him well for the future".
