Directorate Change

Simon Boddie steps down as Group Finance Director of Electrocomponents plc

Further to the announcement dated 21 May 2015, Simon Boddie today stepped down as Group Finance Director and resigned his directorship with the Company.

The Board has appointed Sally Adams, Group Financial Controller, to the role of Acting Group Finance Director with immediate effect. Sally has been with the Group since 1996 and was Global Head of Strategic Planning and Performance before becoming Group Financial Controller in 2013. Prior to these roles Sally spent four years as Head of UK Finance and has held roles in the US and APAC.

The Group's search for a permanent Group Finance Director continues and a further update will be provided once this process has concluded.
