Repayment of convertible credit facility
Rovsing A/S has today agreed with Formue Nord A/S to repay the outstanding amount on the convertible credit facility, which is currently DKK 2,625 million at course par (kurs 100).
The repayment will be made 22 February 2019.
The remaining credit facility of DKK 3,375 million continues on the exiting terms and is available for Rovsing if needed.
