Ross Group Plc ("RGP" or the "Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 17,947,943 Ordinary Shares, which is expected to become effective on Monday, 15 October 2018.

The shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, are being issued pursuant to the placing of 17,947,943 Ordinary Shares at a placing price of 1p per share announced on 27 September 2018 in relation to the proposed Acquisition of Archipelago Aquaculture Group Ltd.
