Notice of Change of the Depositary Receipt Program Depositary Bank
ROS AGRO PLC ("ROS AGRO" and/or the "Company") announces the completion of change of the depositary administering the Company's Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) program.
The new depositary for the Company's Regulation S facility, ISIN US7496552057 is RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd. and the new depositary for the Company's Rule 144A facility, ISIN US7496551067, is RCS Stock Transfer Inc., with the relevant agreement effective as of 12 of August 2024. Previously, the Company's depositary was The Bank of New York Mellon.
Holders of ROS AGRO's GDRs are not required to take any action in connection with the change of the depositary.
