ROS AGRO PLC (the "Company") announces that it has agreed to change the depositary that administers the Company's Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) program.
The currently appointed depositary for the Company's GDR program, the Bank of New York Mellon, will cease to be the depositary bank for GDRs. The Company has appointed RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd. as successor depositary for the Regulation S facility, ISIN US7496552057, and RCS Stock Transfer Inc. as successor depositary for Rule 144A facility, ISIN US7496551067. The appointment is effective from 30 July 2024 .
Holders of the Company's GDRs are not required to take any action in connection with the change of the depositary.
