Cancellation of listing and admission to trading on the London stock exchange
ROS AGRO PLC (the "Company") today announces that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has cancelled the listing on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) has cancelled the admission to trading on the Main Market of the LSE of the Company's global depositary receipts issued under Regulation S, ISIN US7496552057 and Rule 144A, ISIN US7496551067 with effect from 10:00 a.m. (8:00 a.m. London time) today, 13 August 2024.
