Rusagro announces the important information about the past Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of ROS AGRO PLC

With regard to the past Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of ROS AGRO PLC held on 1 April 2022 (the Meeting), Rusagro announces that Mr. V. Moshkovich who had been included into the EU, UK and Swiss sanctioned persons' lists did not attend and could not affect the decision-making process of this Meeting. Granada Captial CY Limited, the holder of 49.0% in ROS AGRO PLC share capital, ultimately controlled by the family of Mr. V. Moshkovich did not take part in the Meeting and subsequently did not vote on the agenda of the Meeting.
