Sub: Intimation of 52[nd] Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and Cut Off date for E-voting

We wish to inform you that the 52[nd] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Saturday, 30[th] September 2023 at 11:00 A.M . at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No.73-74, Phase-III, Industrial Area, Dharuhera, District Rewari- 123106.

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from September 24, 2023 to September 30, 2023. (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to the provision of Section 118 of Companies Act,2013 read with Rule 20 of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time) and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Saturday, 23rd September 2023 , as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the eligibility for E-voting details of which be provided in notice of the 52[nd] AGM of the Company.

The Company would be availing e-voting services of CDSL. Remote E-voting period shall commence from Wednesday, September 27, 2023 (9:00 a.m. IST) and will end on Friday, September 29, 2023(5:00 p.m. IST).
