In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), please be informed that Mr. Manbar Singh Rawat, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company vide resignation letter (enclosed as Annexure - A) dated March 31, 2026 has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Offucre (CFO), with effect from close hours of March 31, 2026 due to personal reasons.

Mr. Manbar Singh Rawat will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provision of Section 203 and other applicable provisions if any, of the Companies Act 2013.

The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No SERI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure - B.

The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchange(s) in due course.
