CORRECTION TO ASX ANNOUNCEMENT DATED 8 JUNE 2021
9 June 2021 – Drones-as-a-service provider Delta Drone International Limited (ASX:DLT) wishes to note a correction to the entity named in its announcement released 8 June 2021 and titled "South32 renews Drone Data Services for another 5-years".
The contracting entity was noted as South32 rather than South32 Coal Holdings (Pty) Ltd which was throughout the entirety of the previous contracting period with DLT a subsidiary of South32.
DLT has now been advised that on 1 June 2021 Seriti Resources, a South African resources group, acquired South32 Coal Holdings (Pty) Ltd from South32 and has renamed South32 Coal Holdings (Pty) Ltd as Seriti Power.
The renewed contract otherwise remains on the same terms as were disclosed in DLT's ASX announcement on 8 June 2021, and DLT looks forward to developing this new relationship with Seriti Resources.
This announcement has been authorised for release by the Board of Delta Drone International Limited.
