Notice of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
2 April 2026, RocketDNA Ltd (ASX: RKT ) ( RocketDNA or the Company ), a technology services company specialising in AI-powered drone data solutions, advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be convened at 9.00am (WST) on Thursday, 28 May 2026.
The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting through an online meeting platform powered by Automic, where Shareholders will be able to watch, listen, and vote online.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of director nominations to the Company from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is Thursday, 9 April 2026. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office by 5.00pm (WST).
The AGM materials will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
