COMPANY UPDATE – RESPONSE TO DELAYED LISTING DATE AND TIME

ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) ( Company ) refers to the announcement released by ASX this morning advising of the delay in the commencement of trading of the Company’ shares on ASX until Friday, 22 June 2018 at 1pm (Sydney time).

The delay in the date of commencement of trading has been to enable the Company time to prepare an announcement for release to ASX in relation to the Company’s activities relating to:

• (a) progress with the Company’s engagements with government; and

• (b) developments relating to the sales and promotion of the Company’s products,

which are in line with the Company’s proposed business plan and objectives outlined in the Company’s Prospectus dated 30 April 2018.

ASX has advised that Friday, 22 June 2018 is now the date for the commencement of trading as a result of this delay.

The Company expects to make an announcement in relation to these matters prior to the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 June 2018.
