DELTA DRONE INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ARVISTA ACHIEVING KEY EXPANSION MILESTONE

Highlights:

• Arvista acquisition complete and to commence trading as a Delta Drone International subsidiary as of 1 September 2021

1 September 2021 – Drones-as-a-service provider Delta Drone International (“ DLT ”, or “the Group ”) is pleased to confirm it has formally completed the acquisition of 60% of the shares in Perth-based provider of aerial and terrestrial surveying services, Arvista Pty Ltd ( Arvista ) as announced on 16 August 2021 (the Acquisition ), with Arvista to commence trading as a DLT subsidiary on 1 September 2021.

The merger is a key milestone in DLT’s growth strategy and immediately provides the Group with a blue-chip Australian client base and access to a team of highly skilled professionals with the expertise to expand their skillset beyond surveying to include the full range of drone-as-a-service operations Delta Drone International provides.

Commenting on the acquisition, Delta Drone CEO Christopher Clark said:
