31 January 2023 – Global drones-as-a-service provider, Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) is pleased to announce it has formalised a contract with Black Mountain Mining (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, owned by Vedanta Zinc International, the current arrangements to provide drone surveying services.
The remaining period of the contract is 16 months, ending 31 May 2024, and has a Total Contract Value (TCV) of AU$281k (ZAR3.440m) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of AU$211k (ZAR2.580m)[±] .
The contract is subject to termination of 90-days’ notice and contains various other terms considered standard for agreements of this nature.
