Delta Drone International Signs Contract with AngloGold Ashanti – Sunrise Dam Gold Mine in Australia for Drone Surveying Services

HIGHLIGHTS

• Delta Drone International (via its subsidiary Rocketmine WA Pty Ltd) signs contract to formalise its continued delivery of drone surveying services to AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited - ‘Sunrise Dam’ gold mining operation in Western Australia

• 2-Year Contract executed with a Total Contract Value ( TCV ) of AU$307k and Annual Recurring Revenue ( ARR ) of AU$154k

• Drone surveying services to include monthly aerial surveying of ore stocks, tailings storage facility, and other infrastructure on an as-needed basis

27 February 2023 – Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT), a Global drones-as-a-service provider, is pleased to announce its operating division, Rocketmine WA Pty Ltd ( Rocketmine ), has formalised a two-year contract with AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited ( AngloGold ) – Sunrise Dam gold mining operation in Western Australia.

Rocketmine has been providing services to AngloGold Ashanti on an ad-hoc project basis and has now formalised this arrangement into a long-term contract. The agreement has a Total Contract Value ( TCV ) of AU$307k and Annual Recurring Revenue ( ARR ) of AU$154k.

The contract is subject to termination with 90-days’ notice and contains various other terms considered standard for agreements of this nature.

Drone surveying services are for the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Services will include monthly aerial surveying of ore stocks, tailings storage facility, and other infrastructure as required, provided by a dedicated on-site drone specialist.

DLT CEO Christopher Clark said: “We are very pleased to have converted AngloGold Ashanti from being a regular project-based customer to a multi-year term partnership.

AngloGold Ashanti will immediately benefit from our long-range BVLOS & above 400ft approvals, allowing us to capture and processes all their geospatial requirements more quickly and efficiently.

This contract also contributes to the growth of DLT’s Annual Recurring Revenue, which is key metric investors use to value our company and its future revenue potential .”
