DLT Receives Final Payment from ParaZero Divestment

7 March 2023 – Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) , a global drones-as-a-service provider, is pleased to announce the cash receipt of funds released from escrow relating to the divestment of ParaZero in calendar Q1 2022 amounting to AU$814,410.

This amount, which represents the final payment released from escrow, includes interest and was dependent on potential warranties and claims from the divestment of ParaZero.

During the period of escrow, some funds were already released relating to the resolution of all outstanding tax matters, thereby reducing the final amount receivable.

The funds materially extend the Company’s funding runway.
