HIGHLIGHTS

• RocketDNA (via its subsidiary Rocketmine (Pty) Ltd) signs contract with South32 (via Hotazel Manganese Mines (PTY) LTD) in South Africa for drone surveying at two mine sites
• 5-year contract with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of AU$1.180m (ZAR14.795m) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of AU$236k (ZAR2.959m)
• South32 is a global mining and metals company; Hotazel Manganese is part of the South African Manganese operation

10 July 2023, RocketDNA Ltd (ASX: RKT), formerly Delta Drone International Limited, a Global dronesas-a-service provider, is pleased to announce it has signed a contract with South32 (via Hotazel Manganese Mines (PTY) LTD) in South Africa for drone surveying services at two mine sites.

The contract is for 5-years and has a Total Contract Value (TCV) of AU$1.180m (ZAR14.795m) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of AU$236k (ZAR2.959m)±.

The contract may be terminated for convenience after the first 6 months subject to a minimum of 3 months' notice in writing and subject to an early termination fee equating to the contract price applicable to 3 months. Standard termination provisions for non-performance also apply.

The two mines are part of the Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) consortium, which we hold a 44.4 per cent interest in, and the remaining interest is held by Anglo America Plc and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment entities.
