RocketDNA Ltd (ASX: RKT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of RocketDNA Ltd (‘RKT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RKT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 4 December 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, RocketDNA Limited (ASX”RKT”) (Company) hereby requests that its securities be placed into an immediate trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that trading in its securities be halted until after the expected announcement is made regarding the above or until the market opens on Monday, 4 December 2023, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted nor is there any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
